Formwork and ground engineering specialist Ischebeck Titan has appointed Tom Kerins as Managing Director.

Kerins joins from civils contractor Galldris where he has been MD since 2021 following a five-year career at Balfour Beatty.

Galldris was sold to its staff via an Employee Ownership Trust in July.

Kerins replaces Stuart Bamford who is stepping back from the role but will continue to support Ischebeck Titan in a strategic capacity.

The company said: “With his extensive experience in the infrastructure and construction sectors, Tom is exceptionally well positioned to lead Ischebeck Titan through its next phase of growth and innovation.

“His appointment will further strengthen the company’s ability to deliver value-driven solutions to clients and enhance its standing within the industry.

“Ischebeck Titan extends its sincere thanks to Stuart for his exceptional contribution and warmly welcomes Tom as he begins his tenure as Managing Director.”
